With more than a decade of Human Resource Management experience, Alyssa has supported multi-site organizations in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, leave administration, organizational development, and leadership support.

Having spent her entire HR career in California—one of the nation's most highly regulated employment environments—Alyssa brings extensive experience navigating complex labor laws, workplace compliance requirements, risk management, and employee relations matters. This background has equipped her to help organizations operate confidently while balancing legal obligations, operational needs, and a commitment to caring for their people.

As a SHRM-CP certified HR professional, Alyssa combines employment law expertise with a practical, relationship-driven approach to Human Resources. Her goal is to help organizations build strong foundations, develop healthy workplace cultures, and create solutions that allow both their people and mission to thrive.
